Shipping Costs & Delivery

1. Shipping Costs

Ivy's Locker has partnered with multiple shipping partners to provide you with the best services possible. Upon checkout, the available carrier will be displayed and you can choose your shipping option. Pricing will be automatically generated by the carrier using your location, order weight and shipping box dimensions. We often have free shipping deals, these will be displayed in the promo banner at the top of our site.

For local Montreal orders, we include the option of picking up your order yourself to avoid shipping charges. Place your order and choose the Pickup option at checkout. We have 2 locations for pickup, one in the Ahuntsic district and one in the North Shore. When your order is ready for pickup, we will call and email you to let you know (1-3 business days).

We have now added a Courier Service for the Greater Montreal Area. This service will cost a flat rate of $15 for any size order. This option is also available at checkout!

All prices listed on the site are in $CAD.

2. Delivery Locations

Ivy's Locker has partnered with Canada Post in order to reach every customer in every country. We can also ship with Fed Ex, UPS & Purolator to guarantee that every country in the world can enjoy our toys! Our warehouse is located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada and this is where our items are shipped from.

3. Delivery Time

Your order is important to us and we know when something is ordered, no one wants to wait on delivery. Your product(s) will ship within 1-3 business days of your order unless there is an exception with an item. We make every effort to fulfill your order as soon as possible and as your order goes through the different processes, we keep you updated by email until your order is received.

Exact delivery time will depend on the option you select at Checkout.

Tracking Numbers are provided as soon as the package is shipped.

4. Damaged Items in Transport 

If there is any damage to your order on delivery, contact us immediately upon receipt at 1-888-912-5504 or 514-467-8592 if local.
